✅Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
❌Non-Returnable Items
Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items not in their original condition
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
💳Refund Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at bloome.pakistan@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
